You can expect to be tested mentally and physically within this program in preparation for College Football.

We will break down mechanics, technique and build your body physically to be able to handle the demands of College football.

We train 3 days a week on our kicking/ Punting and 6 days a week is expected in our Gym program which is set up with our strength coach David Tuinavai at Conquest Athletic performance.

Kicking standards must be maintained, as well as our physical ones.
